Responsible for delivering superior staffing services for this assigned client account. Lead service delivery team. Focused on maintaining high customer satisfaction and developing value and client partnerships. Maximize delivery solutions for every assigned client account achieving established goals and targets. Work in partnership with internal hiring managers and recruiting to develop and execute business expansion goals.
Responsible for achieving established service targets and contract commitments for each client account contributing to growth and profitability. Work effectively with leadership, sales, recruiting, operations and the partner network to achieve both current and long-term, business objectives and goals.
Manages staffing services delivery for assigned accounts. Develop service teams that deliver client requirements and expectations partnering with sales and recruiting management to establish priorities and targets.
Develops and executes specialized sales and fulfillment strategies and tactics targeted at helping clients meet business needs i.e., niche businesses and new markets.
Develop service delivery team that maintain strong customer relationships helping achieve account objectives, growth and fill ratio goals
Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of assigned client: strengths, environment, culture, needs, challenges, opportunities, supplier strategies and CDI's contract(s). Works with the entire team in using this knowledge to improve current and expanded services for the client.
Attracts, hires and develops client focused sales and service delivery staff
Develops results-oriented engaged teams through effective people management, best practices, setting clear goals and targets, performance tracking and communications. Holds organization accountable by monitoring and measuring operational performance.
Identifies and resolves all personnel matters within organizational scope, ensuring that all company policies and procedures are properly implemented and consistently administered
Develops and leads a fully engaged staffing services organization
Achieves continuous improvement through establishing, tracking and reporting operational key performance metrics. Identifies and resolves obstacles to service excellence, implements measured performance improvements such as efficiency, speed, quality, communications, compliance, and tools, etc.
Implements, measures and monitors performance to service agreements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/PREFERENCES (What is required to perform essential duties?)
5-8 years of business experience, with a minimum of 5 years recruiting experience in the staffing industry.
3-5years of team leading/supervisory experience
Four-year degree or equivalent years of combined education and experience
Demonstrated superior communication, team building and negotiation skills
Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead others
Demonstrated ability to build relationships across CDI and PSS working collaboratively to achieve strategy and goals
Demonstrates a passion and sense of urgency to achieve expectations, work excellence
