MSP ENGINEER An MSP Engineer provides on-site and remote support to a variety of clients. This is a great position to work with a team in varied environments to further your experience in the IT field.

You will have the ability to learn about many current technologies while assisting in projects and day-to-day support. Primary Objectives & Responsibilities: Office 365 administration.

SharePoint Administration. Active Directory administration. Hyper-V administration.

Installs, deploys, and configures computers for customers. Resolves and diagnoses client-side IT issues such as network connection, operating system, and software issues (email clients and MS Office). Network administration router, switches, firewalls. VOIP configuring VOIP phones.

Document procedures. Train techs. Inputs trouble tickets into ticketing system and provide escalation to Corporate IT teams when necessary/required.

Works with other IT teams to resolve network and server issues, install and configure new server hardware, and participate in meetings to stay current with corporate wide IT projects. On-site visits that require hands-on work with customer equipment [e.g. printer issues, workstation installs, moves, etc.] Additional duties as required. Required Experience/ Abilities:

Minimum 3 years of solid experience in an IT / Desktop Support role, preferably with a Managed Service Provider. Knowledgeable and proficient with Office 365 applications. 3 years of experience configuring, troubleshooting, and managing desktops running Windows Operating System. 2 years of experience in managing access to network shares and printers from a file and/or print server with Windows OS. Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot various client desktop and printer issues.

Experience creating/terminating network cables and phone lines. Required Soft Skills/Abilities: Positive attitude.
