Job Description:

The MSP Contracts Specialist will analyze and negotiate on a wide range of agreements. Provide strategic guidance outlined by Expedia Group to company stakeholders relating to business and legal provisions within our MSP program. Managing the drafting and amendment of vendor contracts, while meeting program measurements and deadlines. Your stakeholder group will involve all levels of business management, Legal counsel, Procurement, 3rd party vendors and our Global program team which will require clear articulate communication skills. Working onsite in the Seattle Expedia Office is a firm requirement, once the campus is re-opened.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • High volume high value delivery expectations Statement of Work (SOW) record creation in Fieldglass VMS Tool and working directly with client managers to facilitate SOW needs and all related transactions Drafting of Statements of Work (SOW) Meet regularly with EG stakeholders on current SOWs, or upcoming needs, building the relationship Expert Management of Contract Management systems, VMS tools such as Fieldglass and work item tracking tools such as Jira Maintain all updates to SOWs within Fieldglass; e.g.rates, end dates, extensions, amendments, etc. Maintain all customer updates and workload tracking within Jira demonstrating a best in class level of customer service Works closely with client managers to track costs, vendor performance and delivery Reviews future SOW forecasts with client managers to report upcoming volumes A focus on driving cost savings for the client On-going guidance & training of hiring managers on eTalent program and policies Work closely with client Procurement to facilitate compliance with corporate policies and procedures Daily responsibilities to be in line with Global processes to drive consistency across the eTalent program Highlight areas for process improvement and efficiency Act as an Expert Advisor with a strong consultative approach New Vendor & Resource VMS training Answer vendor questions, monitor vendor and resource activities Deadline driven, working well under pressure, possessing a strong customer service mindset and have the ability to build relationships across the organization. Show initiative and confidence to identify defects and escalate when required. Create processes to help streamline procedures. Proactive in researching, obtaining, and providing the necessary information needed to complete the SOW transactions. Self-driven but can take direction when needed Able to work with varying levels of leadership in Procurement/Legal/Business verticals. Comfortable and confident driving conversations across various communication tools i.e. Jira, email, IM, VTC and in person.


Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, working within a high-volume MSP program

  • 3+ years of VMS experience, such as Fieldglass

  • 2+ years of audit/compliance experience within an MSP program

  • Must be local to the Seattle area. This position will require you to report to the downtown Seattle office daily, once the office reopens.

Develop and communicate purchasing standards and procedures related to ordering, selection and tracking. Monitor compliance with purchasing standards. Negotiate with vendors for the purchase of materials and services. Provide space planning services. Work in partnership and joint accountability with other team members to achieve Neighborcare Health's Mission, Guiding Principles and goals. Primary Responsibilities * Develop effective and supportive relationships with internal and external customers; Manage Facilities vendor relationships and oversee Facilities purchasing needs. Actively seek ways to minimize cost, maximize efficiencies and resources. * Coordinate vendor solicitation and selection. Onboard new vendors, maintain appropriate documentation and communicate changes to staff as appropriate; Monitor vendor compliance. Ensure services and materials provided are high quality and vendors consistently meet expectations. Work with vendors and staff to resolve any issues. * Coordinate development, implementation and maintenance of supply and equipment formularies. Place orders as needed; Coordinate selection of standard equipment and furniture. Place orders, track some equipment inventories and coordinate installation and training; Oversee the ordering work of other staff. Communicate clear expectations, track compliance and work with vendors and staff to resolve any issues. * Review purchase histories and other data to inform purchasing practices; Review Facilities contracts and agreements, flag potential concerns and recommend appropriate revisions. When requested, negotiate modifications with other parties. * Reconcile, assign proper coding and process invoices for payment. Ensure charges are appropriate, work with vendors to resolve any discrepancies; Provide space planning services, to include furnishings and equipment layout, code compliance, scheduling etc. Work with other facilities team members related to associated facilities modifications. * Track Facilities information, to include topics like contract and insurance compliance; Work with other team members to coordinate department presence on Neighborcare portal. * Assist in the creation, implementation and maintenance of Facilities documents and systems. For instance policies and procedures, forms, templates, reports. Maintain comprehensive electronic and hard copy files in shared storage locations. * Maintain surplus furniture and equipment inventory, coordinate re-purposing surplus items and advise appropriate internal teams regarding changes; Coordinate group purchasing organization participation and documentation. * Work closely with other Facilities team members to coordinate project and department tasks; Plan and oversee physical moves, including scheduling, vendor and staff coordination, training and orientation, safety, budgeting and expense tracking etc. * Assist in the development of budgets, compiling information from recent purchases and gathering vendor input as warranted. Track expenses relative to budgets and compile backup documentation for grant sources and others. * Maintain department records related to insurance. Participate in review and tracking insurance limits. Coordinate Facilities related claims detail; Maintain user profiles and purchasing authorizations for vendor accounts; Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Education Required: High School diploma or equivalency Preferred: College education License/Registration/Certification Required: Valid Washington State driver's license; Reliable automobile; Appropriate auto insurance; Reliable smartphone with voice, text, photo and email access.
