MRT-TCS Assistant Project Manager (DPRR HQ, Arlington, VA) Strategic Resources, Inc. SRI is seeking committed and passionate professionals to provide critical Program Management services to the Army's Directorate of Prevention, Resilience and Readiness (DPRR) in Arlington, VA, overseeing the delivery of resilience and performance enhancement training to military service members, DA Civilians and their Families.

Overview: The Assistant Project Manager (APM) serves as alternate to the Master Resilience Trainer, Training Center Support Project Manager (APM). The APM assists the PM and is responsible for delivery of enhanced performance training to U.S. Army and Department of Defense (DoD) personnel, their families, and Department of the Army (DA) civilians at 35 Army Ready and Resilient Performance Centers (R2PC's) within the United States and Overseas. Services include instruction in the areas of resilience, positive psychology, and performance enhancement; as well as Directorate of Prevention, Resilience and Readiness (DPRR) headquarters support in program management, operations analysis, curriculum development, and training coordination.

Tasks & Responsibilities: Serves as a principle point of contact with the Government and assists in the management of operations across all installations. Reports to the PM and supervises performance of work, contract compliance and quality control.

Supports recruiting, training, and retaining a qualified workforce. Ensures staff provides high quality customer service and performance services to all clients.

Attends and assists with external meetings, conducts site visits, communicates program metrics to stakeholders, supervises courses, and manages travel.

As required, supports a weekly program update briefing, and maintains updated training calendars for all training centers. Prepares contractor required reports and administrative documents. Required Skills, Education, Experience & Abilities:

Masters' degree from an accredited academic institution. Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification is desired but not required. A minimum of five (5) years relevant experience working in the DoD managing, staffing, overseeing Military Family Programs related to services designed to increase the physical and psychological health, resilience and performance of Soldiers, Families and Army Civilians, including training facilitation, and demonstrated knowledge of support and sustainment-related operations.

Must have prior experience serving in the military. Applicants must successfully undergo a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) Tier 1 background investigation. Experience managing personnel multiple sites.

Ability to meet and correspond regularly with a Government counterpart. Experience conducting QC checks and ensuring training requirements are met. Experience working directly with clients.

Ability to exercise a great deal of independent judgment. Superb verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products.
