OverviewThe candidate selected for this position will accurately interpret MR scanning protocols, perform and provide appropriate imaging and treatment processes in accordance with state, federal and professional standards. Must demonstrate knowledge of MR imaging equipment; including set-up, utilization, troubleshooting and proper care for all equipment. Abide by strict MR Safety standards; evaluate MR scans for technical quality; utilize Radiology Information System and PACS to maintain schedule and transmit images to the Radiologist for interpretation. Must be IV competent and competent in preparing and administer contrast material.Qualifications
The candidate for this role must be able to work Thursday evenings, Saturday 8a-4p and Sunday 2:30p-7:30p
Minimum 2 year MRI experience
Licensed by the State of New Jersey in Diagnostic Radiology
Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist in Radiography and MRI
IV Certification preferred
