This position prepares patient for testing (including thorough screening questioning), assists the radiologist during testing, operates the MRI equipment for a variety of procedures, maintains supply inventory in assigned rooms, and covers call duty, as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education, Certification, Registration, LicenseAssociate's DegreeBLS - Basic Life SupportARRT - American Registry of Radiologic TechniciansField of Study: RadiographyYears of Experience: 3-12 months on the job trainingSPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE Current registry with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and ODH Radiologic License or Registration with a national MRI Registry including but not limited to ARRT (MR) and ARMRIT.
Basic understanding of principles of MRI. 3-12 months on-the-job training. BLS Certification
