Currently, we are looking for a Move Coordinator to join the ArcBest team in Wichita Falls, TX. This position requires a naturally team driven mindset in order to go above and beyond for our customers, teammates, and suppliers. A unique blend of a high energy, dynamic personality, and strong skills in conflict resolution, time management, problem solving, attention to detail, presentations, and the ability to multitask while meeting multiple deadlines is necessary.

Your contribution may include:

  • Delivering an outstanding customer experience as the primary point of contact on assigned shipments

  • Finding creative solutions to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations

  • Directly responsible for thorough, complete, timely, and accurate documentation of system files

  • Maintaining mutual understanding about services with all parties throughout the entire customer experience

  • Counseling customers prior to commencement of services regarding regulations and entitlements

  • Coordinating service requests by confirming availability of customers

  • Fielding communications via telephone calls, emails, or texts

  • Transportation/logistics experience, a plus

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, required

  • Associate's Degree, preferred

As a Move Coordinator, you will be a member of the ArcBest team located in Wichita Falls, TX. Your hours will be Monday - Friday, working an 8 hour shift between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm, with occasional work on Saturdays and after hours as needed. This position can also be assigned to some on-call duties.
