Motorsports Powertrain Multi-Body Dynamics Simulation Engineer

Ford Performance is looking for an experienced, talented, and highly motivated Motorsports Powertrain Multi-Body Dynamics Simulation Engineer to join our Global Motorsports department, with locations in Allen Park, Michigan and Concord, North Carolina. Candidates will have the opportunity to work in a highly dynamic environment, developing cutting edge powertrains to race around the world.

This is a hybrid role out of Allen Park, MI or Concord, NC.

Ford Performance is looking for an experienced, talented, and highly motivated Motorsports Powertrain Analysis Engineer to join our Global Motorsports department. Candidates will have the opportunity to work in a highly dynamic environment, developing cutting edge powertrains which race around the world.

What you'll do...

• Lead the creation and simulation of multi-body physics models to develop motorsports powertrain systems and components such as valvetrain, cranktrain, FEAD, driveline, etc.

• Define and coordinate the physical testing of engines and/or powertrain systems to acquire the data needed to validate models or component designs or similar.

• Able to interpret simulation/testing results to clearly document and present technical information to team members and non-technical staff.

What you'll do...
