Motion Graphics & Video Production Coordinator I Memphis Redbirds & Memphis 901 FC Classification: Full Time/Hourly Non-Exempt

The Memphis Redbirds, AAA affiliate of the St Louis Cardinals, are seeking an expert motion graphic & animation designer to enhance the ballpark experience at AutoZone Park. You will be key part of our talented marketing & creative team help to continue to make AutoZone Park the ultimate in fan experience. Our ideal candidate will with creative and strong ability to turn concepts into visual reality. You must possess a can-do attitude and self-starter. The selected candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays and weekends throughout the baseball season. Comprehensive benefits package including but not limited to health, dental, life, LTD, AD&D & 401K. Competitive salary based on previous experience and qualifications.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Support marketing team projects and visuals in the market for both Memphis Redbirds and

Memphis 901 FC

Create graphics and animation for in-stadium digital boards, broadcasts and marquee
Work with creative team to develop digital ads, emails, social media graphics, print collateral & other media
Assist sponsorship department creating robust sales presentation tools and create unique & customized graphics for sponsorship elements
Must be Expert in 3D motion graphics & animation
Assist in game presentation and production of all events with heads shots & video content creation along with broadcast production
Incorporate 3D graphics into game presentations for Redbirds, 901 FC and special event
Ability to work in video production and collaborate on creative concepts
Other duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary by Senior Leadership

Required Skills and Qualifications

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite including After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop and Illustrator.
Experience in Cinema 4D is a plus
Knowledge of broadcast production - Xpression, 3Play is a plus
Creative and analytical thinker who can succeed in team environment
Strong verbal communication skills
Must be a self-starter with passion for sports industry
Professional image and demeanor
Strong organization and time management skills; ability to multitask
Bachelor's degree in design, digital media or related field
Must be able to provide portfolio
