This position is NOT remote eligible and works in the office 5 days a week. This position can work in either our Franklin, TN office or our Downtown Birmingham office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for mortgage systems, including maintenance and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with system administrators to implement system enhancements, updates and patches.
Assist in user training and documentation development to ensure effective system utilization.
Serve as a first line of defense for information security incidents, promptly responding to alerts, threats and impending mitigation measures.
Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and guidelines to promote a culture of awareness and compliance.
Assist with various department projects and initiatives.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in system administration
Solid understanding of information security principles, practices and technologies including network security and data encryption
Skills and Abilities
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to demonstrate the highest level of ethical behavior and confidentiality and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.

Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations as applicable to your job duties.
