JOB SUMMARYThis position provides maintenance and support on mortgage loans after origination. Responsibilities include working with mortgage origination and other departments, servicing-related vendors, and members to deliver a high level Truity member experience. Staff is responsible for securing the mortgage loan vault and monitoring the location of Investor and Portfolio loan files by means of a check out system.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSMay include any and/or all of the following: * Work with servicing-related vendors to address member issues and ensure members receive a high level Truity Member Experience * Actively listen and respond to direct member inquiries, suggestions, requests and concerns * Assist retail staff and branches with mortgage concerns for payment, payoff, modifications, escrow and other issues that may arise * Work with members on payoff statements, process payoffs, prepare lien release and re-conveyance, and ensure Home Equity credit line/card is closed, if applicable * Receive new loan files, check for document completeness and assemble file in checklist order, review data and update/correct as needed * Monitor and follow-up on missing loan documents from closing to complete file * Monitor monthly HELOC maturities, send member notification and request to complete new loan application, perform maintenance for closures and repayment terms * Prepare and electronically submit documents requested for post-closing PMI, Investor and Internal Quality Control audits * Support accounting to monitor and resolve issues in the Mortgage Servicing Clearing Account (870015.0)* Support balancing and preparation of tax and insurance disbursements, and processing cancellation requests. * Support preparation and review annual escrow analysis. * Perform loan maintenance for adjustments in loan payment or terms * Review and mail monthly statements for TPO/PCU loans * Complete daily custodial deposits and entries * Perform other duties and responsibilities as assignedKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS* Knowledge of:*
