Camden National Bank is seeking a Mortgage Sales Regional Manager to oversee and direct the activities of our Retail/Mortgage Lenders within our North East Territory. The ideal candidate will have experience managing, developing, coaching and motivating staff for optimum performance. If you are passionate about banking, sales and people, we encourage you to apply!
Manages lending staff and activities toward meeting or exceeding targeted goals in lending relationships, as well as sales of related products and services.
Implements sales and service programs to promote the retention, expansion and attraction of consumer and business relationships.
Makes recommendations for designing new products and services to complement current portfolio, as well as revising or eliminating products and services experiencing less than satisfactory performance. Works with the Marketing Department to compile and analyze market research data to develop portfolio of products and services focused on needs of target market.
Oversees all stages of consumer loan development program to generate new volume, minimize delinquency, and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures. Recommends changes and additions to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability.
Actively participates in business development activities (including joint calls) to retain, expand and attract customer relationships.
Contacts customers and business, community and civic organizations in conjunction with lenders they oversee, to promote good-will and generate new business; participates in community organizations at a leadership level.
Actively participates in budget and goal setting processes annually and on promotions, new product introduction and other special initiatives.
Bachelor's degree (M. A.) or equivalent; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
This job requires a valid driver's license to travel between branches.
