The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mortgage Sales Recruitment and a proven track record of sourcing, interviewing, and hiring high-performing sales professionals. This role will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify top talent for our call center sales positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates through cold calling, networking events, social media platforms, and other creative sourcing methods.

• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and talent pools to inform recruitment strategies.

• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for various mortgage sales positions within our call center setting.

• Build and nurture relationships with passive candidates, understanding their career aspirations and motivations to effectively pitch opportunities within our organization.

• Conduct initial outreach and screening calls to assess candidate suitability, qualifications, and interest in available positions.

• Utilize advanced interviewing techniques to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit, ensuring alignment with our organization's values and goals.

• Makes recommendations to hiring managers on competitive compensation packages and facilitates negotiations.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, provide market insights, and develop tailored recruitment strategies.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in our applicant tracking system.

• Continuously evaluate and refine sourcing and recruitment strategies to optimize candidate quality, time-to-fill, and overall hiring effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Mortgage Sales Recruiter.

• Proven track record of sourcing and hiring sales professionals in a call center environment.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, interviewing skills, and candidate assessment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
