Provide the Perfect Client Experience (PCE) to all clients accurately,, professionally, and courteously, while adhering to bank policies and procedures. Handle a variety of requests that require pulling and filing files in the vault.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1.Deliver world standard client service accurately, professionally and courteously. Maintain required performance standards in quality, occupancy, attendance, promptness and identifying client needs. Assist in the resolution of client complaints.
2.Support our internal clients by completing mortgage document and/or file request in accordance to department expectations..
3.Track the arrival, retrieval and distribution of Original Collateral documents and/or files received from outside sources by using a barcode scanner to scan each file.
4.Responsible for pulling and filling files from shelves, vault carriages and/or wooden carts.
5.Assist with the loan sale, acquisition and conversion loan process.
6.Attend all departmental meetings to stay abreast of changes affecting area.
7.Meet or exceed department standards with a specific emphasis on production, performance and schedule adherence.
8.Standing for long periods of time and able to lift 25lbs when needed
9.Perform other tasks as assigned.

Required Skills and Competencies:

1.High school diploma or equivalent
2.Strong interpersonal skills to fully identify the need and resolve while minimizing client effort
3.Basic computer navigation and keyboarding skills, including ability to multi-task and navigate between multiple systems
4.Good written communication skills to include accuracy and relevant client information
5.Ability to work with confidential information in a professional manner
6.Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast paced environment
7.Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
8.Ability to travel, occasionally overnight

Additional duties include: * Develop knowledge of company products, policies and procedures, and underwriting requirements * Understand real estate appraisals, title reports, and real estate transactions * Inform prospective and existing customers of WFHM programs, rates, policies, underwriting requirements, and loan procedures * Analyze detailed financial and credit data, matching customer needs with an appropriate loan program and level of risk * Receive customer applications, quote the rate and points, and complete follow-up activities with the registration lock-in * Develop and maintain a high degree of visibility for WFHM in the marketplace * Perform miscellaneous duties as needed and required Required Qualifications * 1+ year of sales experience in financial services, outside sales experience, or a combination of both Desired Qualifications * Basic Microsoft Office skills * Documented retail residential mortgage fundings over the past 12 months referred primarily from established, local, external sources * A BS/BA degree or higher * Customer service experience * Mortgage industry experience * Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills * Knowledge and understanding of builder, construction or renovations lending * Knowledge and understanding of sales prospecting and generating referrals * Bilingual speaking proficiency in Spanish/English Job Expectations * This position requires SAFE registration at the time of employment.
