Greater Nevada Mortgage is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor with a passion for helping people Move to Greater.
About The Position:
The Mortgage Loan Processor is primarily responsible for processing and preparing real estate loan packages for underwriting and funding. Other responsibilities include working closely with mortgage consultants and members ensuring a smooth and timely process, providing loan estimate disclosures to applicants, ensuring legal compliance, submit accurate information to the Desktop Underwriting System, and submitting loan files to underwriting for approval and obtaining any needed conditions.

Our CARE deal goes both ways, so here's how we expect each team member to demonstrate they care:
What You'll Be Doing
Manage between 20 and 40 loan applications in processing queue including timely input, tracking, reviews and accurate and timely approval.
Demonstrate appropriate level of proficiency for processing conventional, government, jumbo, portfolio, and home equity loan products.
Review income and asset documentation, credit reports, title reports, and appraisals, ensuring compliance to secondary market and in-house requirements.
Manage application workflow to ensure timely approvals and meet lock expiration dates.
Maintain knowledge of Fannie Mae and/or other investor guidelines and requirements as well as mortgage regulation.
Follow up on needed post-closing documents to ensure timely purchase of loans by investors.

Compensation
$45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Preferred Qualifications
Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work in a team oriented, customer focused culture.
Work independently to organize and prioritize tasks, manage time to meet deadlines, analyze requests, understand issues and develop appropriate solutions.
Maintain a pipeline of at least 30 loans and ensure the appropriate deadlines and expectations are being met.
Demonstrate the ability to review documentation (income and asset documents, credit reports, title reports, and appraisals) and prepare real estate loans for the Underwriter's review.
Work pro-actively with mortgage consultants, reviewing conditions and all disclosures throughout the loan process to ensure quality loan submissions to our investors.
Must have at least a minimum of 2 years experience in processing, but more importantly is that the candidates have experience with all loan types (conventional, FHA, VA, USDA and jumbo).

While performing the duties of your job, you may regularly be required to sit and use a keyboard (including repetitive motions with hands, fingers, arms, etc.). You may also frequently be required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms, bend, and kneel.
