Mortgage Loan Processor

Job Title: Mortgage Loan Processor Location: On site in Phoenix, AZ, Monday

• Friday normal business hours Compensation: $22-24/hr Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k Overview: Insight Global is looking to hire a Mortgage Loan Processor in Phoenix, AZ. This role is onsite Monday- Friday. This role acts as a key contributor to facilitate efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives. Duties include:

• Perform routine data entry and validation tasks

• Initiate third party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.)

• Review and validate loan documents

• Handle routine calls, emails and/or chat responses

• Monitor work queues and intervening as needed Duties: - Coordinate with various parties involved in the mortgage process to ensure timely and accurate processing of loans.

• Review loan documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.

• Prepare closing disclosures and settlement statements.

• Verify all required documentation is in place Experience: · 2 years of experience in mortgage processing or operations · General understanding of applicable Federal, State and Local regulations
