Job Requirements

  • Meets with Prospects identified directly as well as referred by realtors, developers, attorneys and other external and internal referral sources.

  • Explains variety of mortgage products and services available and offers recommendations based on evaluation of individual prospect needs.

  • Guides Customers through the mortgage application process. Explains information required and other aspects of the loan process to Customers.

  • Ensures applications are completed accurately and contain required information and supporting documentation.

  • Manages Customers' expectations regarding processing times and closing dates.

  • Sells and originates residential mortgage loans according to established policies and procedures and applicable legal and regulatory guidelines.

  • Generates referrals for mortgage sales opportunities and sales of other Company business line products.

  • Develops plan to achieve sales goals with assistance from sales management.

  • Must be eligible for employment under regulatory standards applicable to the position.

Job Description

The Mortgage Loan Officer sells and originates residential mortgage loans to sales goals. Takes residential mortgage loan applications and offers or negotiates terms of residential mortgage loans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or progressive work experience in addition to experience below.

  • 24 Years of mortgage origination experience.

  • Proven Sales ability.

  • Developing knowledge of mortgage industry, products, lending practices and regulatory guidelines.

  • Maintains the highest level of sales ability and negotiation skills.

  • Selfdirected, ability to plan own activities to achieve sales goals.

  • Strong time management skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • PC skills, including ability to learn mortgage origination and automated underwriting systems.

VIEW JOBS 9/28/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-12-27T00:00 The role: We're seeking a collaborative, operationally-minded Associate Regional Chief Health Officer to play a key role on the leadership team for Cityblock's North East Region, spanning New York, Connecticut and Massachusetts markets. In this role, you will be accountable for identifying opportunities for Cityblock's care model to impact total cost of care, quality and top-line revenue for our assigned population of members. You will translate overall strategy into actionable tactics and support care teams on the ground to deliver against these goals, sitting at the intersection between strategic finance, operations, and care delivery. The ideal candidate will bring meaningful experience operating clinical models in a value-based environment, preferably with total cost of care financial risk. They will have the experience and credibility to interpret performance data, identify opportunities for impact and orient clinical teams towards approaches that maximize value and population health. You will: * Serve as an expert in Cityblock's contract requirements, savings targets and revenue drivers for the population under management across the region. * Be accountable for quality, diagnosis capture, provider engagement, specialty network use, and high-value clinical partnerships across the region. * Collaborate with the national Analytics Insights Review process and team, to identify and report on regional and market-level trends in key population indices. * Drive the identification of market-specific improvement opportunities, and partner with clinical and operational leaders in each market to innovate, test and measure interventions aimed at improving member experience, quality, diagnosis capture and total cost of care. * Lead market strategy around the engagement of external primary care providers to improve coordination and collaboration in the care of members for whom Cityblock is the wraparound care management entity. Identify technology, data and product needs to support provider engagement strategies. * Lead the exploration of specialty, acute and post-acute care provider relationships to improve coordination, optimize specialty referrals, enhance member experience, and drive overall outcomes. * Serve as the clinical leader for the Region in conversations with plan partners around care management delegation requirements and ongoing performance. * Collaborate with Cityblock clinical leaders across regions to share best practices and test novel approaches. * Serve as the regional clinical leader for diagnosis capture, partnering with the central Risk Adjustment Program around the roll-out of new initiatives and socialization of goals and targets, functioning as a super-user for diagnosis capture tools and dashboards, leading training and ongoing coaching of providers. * Serve as the regional clinical leader for quality, partnering with national care strategy, product and care delivery services teams to ensure coordinated improvements in quality performance in each market. * In a specific market within the region, serve as the accountable clinical leader, managing overall care model performance, overseeing clinical standards and supporting ongoing care delivery and care coordination activities by: * Participating on an as-needed basis in direct member care, and sharing in on-call duties; * Providing clinical supervision to Advanced Practice Clinicians; * Conducting chart reviews and audits; * Participating in provider on boarding, ongoing learning and development and coaching; * Leading case conferences; * Carrying a reduced panel of primary care members within the Cityblock model of care. * Motivate teams to deliver exceptional work in a collaborative environment, embodying Cityblock's culture and values. You'd be a good fit if you have: * Clinical licence: MD/DO (primary care, geriatrics preferred), or APRN, or PA-C with an active license in at least one of Cityblock's existing regional markets. * 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in managed care or value-based care operations, driving population-based outcomes in Medicare, Medicaid or Dually-eligible populations * Healthcare consulting or similar management experience, with significant externally-facing engagements, exerting leverage across multiple stakeholders * Strong, proven analytical skills, and experience driving data-driven solutions * General operations experience within health systems or clinics, particularly in operating outpatient clinics or serving in a population health management role. * Experience building, developing, and managing several different teams at the same time. * A reputation for delivering excellent client service and managing senior level stakeholders' expectations. * Demonstrated an ability to engage, inspire, and build credibility and trust with your teams and with executive clients. * Exceptional oral and written communications skills. * A deep commitment to transforming health and social care for vulnerable populations.
