Mortgage Loan Officers (Originators)

Location: White Marsh, MD

Mariner Finance is an independent broker and we partner with top lenders to allow you to lend in most states while offering our clients some of the best pricing available. We have an exceptional Operations team dedicated to the success of our Loan Officers and expediting the loan to Closing ASAP.

Qualifications:

• Active NMLS license

• Minimum 1 year Loan Origination experience

• Motivated, disciplined and task-oriented

• Encompass or Point experience (preferred)

• Experience developing and cultivating professional relationships

• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Interact with borrowers using superior customer service to assist them with selecting the best product available for them given their current mortgage needs

• Structure loan for borrower including rates and fees

• Process borrower credit information

• Educate borrower on loan process and assist them in identifying an appropriate loan that suits their needs

• Secure proper documentation needed for loan and manage loan process through Closing
