HOURS: Monday through Friday 8-5 PM

What you need to be successful

1. Experience: A minimum of 6 years of mortgage lending experience. This ensures that you have a solid foundation and understanding of the industry.

2. Education: While a high school diploma is required, a college education is preferred. This shows your commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

3. Communication: Excellent communication skills are a must. You will be interacting with customers on a regular basis, so the ability to effectively convey information and build relationships is essential.

4. Regulatory Knowledge: Having a strong knowledge and understanding of regulatory and compliance issues affecting the lending department and the institution overall is crucial.

5. Math Skills: Strong math skills are necessary for accurately calculating loan amounts, interest rates, and other financial metrics.
