This important role will perform a variety of duties to support the Homeownership Division with the efficient review and processing of loans. This position will also assist with performing other duties within the Loss Mitigation team.
Responsibilities will include:
Provide administrative support to include, filing, copying, scanning, sorting and distribution of mail.
Review new loan files to verify accuracy and completeness in accordance with loan program guidelines.
Conduct internal audits of loan files to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy when inputting loan information into the mortgage loan servicing systems.
Assign loan files for review to officers using established guidelines.
Track and verify accuracy that all required documents are received timely for loss mitigation team.
Research and respond to inquiries from borrowers, vendors and third-party servicers in a timely, courteous and professional manner.
Review incoming mail and loss mitigation mailbox to identify new Borrower's Assistance Packages (BAP) and trailing documents.
Qualified candidates must possess:
High School Diploma or GED or equivalent vocational/technical training
At least two years' experience working in the mortgage industry.
Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Working knowledge of Black Knight/MSP Servicing Platform.
Familiarity with housing organizations, state and local governments.
Experience using the eDocs imaging system or a comparable system.

Hiring Range: $42,907 - $55,777
Hybrid work model (3 days in the office and 2 days remote)
A Background check will be performed as a condition of employment.
