About this position:

LMCU is looking for a Mortgage Disclosure and Set Up Manager who will monitor the pipeline to ensure the timeliness and compliance of initial and subsequent disclosures including both LE's and CD's. This requires familiarity and understanding of RESPA, TILA, ECOA compliance and willingness to stay current with changing requirements is required. The Disclosure/Set Up manager will be required to work closely with internal and external partners providing excellence at all times. This role will monitor task flow for Set Up to ensure we stay within a 24hr turnaround time and manage the appraisal desk internal and externally.

What you'll do:

• Responsible for monitoring reports to ensure adequate turnaround times for orders while complying with RESPA, TILA, ECOA, etc.
• Responsible for ensuring the team completes required initial and re-disclosures in a timely and member-focused manner.
• Leads and motivates a team of Mortgage Set Up and Mortgage Disclosure employees.
• Provides assistance to operations teams as necessary to drive high level of production.

What You'll Bring:

• Five years to eight years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
• Experience in the mortgage field.
• Experience motivating and leading others either through a team lead or a management role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective time management skills are critical in this high pace environment.
• The ability to effectively motivate and lead a team is a necessity.
