SUMMARY

A CRA Mortgage Executive is primarily responsible for originating CRA residential mortgage loans to low-to-moderate income and minority customers through either outside sales efforts or a decentralized network of branch locations. Responsibilities will also include submitting applications and facilitating essential communication between parties throughout the process.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Increases mortgage loan volume, primarily focusing on CRA, low-to-moderate, and minority customers, through effective selling

  • Actively promotes the Bank's CRA, low-to-moderate, and minority lending efforts and generate residential mortgages in targeted areas

  • Establishes relationships with nonprofit housing groups, state and local housing offices, and community based affordable housing organizations to generate and increase CRA mortgage opportunities within targeted areas

  • Actively works with state, local and county down payment assistance programs

  • Represents the bank at educational seminars, workshops, and housing programs with state and local, and non-profit housing organizations

  • Advises customers on the mortgage loans that are appropriate for their individual financial circumstances

  • Becomes a leader in the community when it comes to mortgages and mortgage knowledge

  • Builds and deepens relationships with industry-specific centers of influences like real estate agents and contractors

  • Maximizes the bank's resources to assist in selling and establishing relationships

  • Cross-sells bank products at each mortgage closing

  • Complies with all appropriate bank policies and regulatory guidelines

  • Performs other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Additionally, the qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required in this position:

  • High school diploma or GED required. Bachelors (4-year college) degree preferred but not required.

  • Working knowledge of real estate loan documentation preferred.

  • Working knowledge of lending regulations preferred.

Description Job Summary: The Catering Coordinator is a liaison between the Food & Beverage Operation and the University Client. This position assists in managing all aspects of the catering business from initial customer contact through event completion. The goal of this position is to ensure both high-quality food and service, foster customer satisfaction and assist with the growth of the University's catering business. Essential Tasks & Responsibilities: * Partners with the Catering manager(s) to ensure clients needs are met, completes assigned tasks. * Gathers all pertinent information from meetings, distributes BEO or minutes * Ensures calendars/schedules are accurate, up to date. * Monitors deadlines and follows-up to ensure guarantees & payments are timely * Completes tasks as assigned from Director of Catering * Distributes BEO's to client/customer for review and signed approval. Each booking is to have a signed BEO in each file. * Distributes all information gathered on meetings, banquets and special events to operations staff at least five (5) days in advance of the groups arrival. * Completes & issues required correspondence thank you notes, notices, memos, * Greet the on-site contact, and inspects all meeting/banquet space before the start of the event ensuring that the room has been set-up properly, in accordance with the BEO's, and takes measures to adjust/correct before groups arrival in the absence of Catering Managers * Checks-in with meeting/banquet contact periodically throughout the event to gauge needs and satisfaction in the absence of the Director of Catering/Mgrs * Ensures each Catering file is complete/accurate and submits to Accounting accurate final billings the day following an event. * Submits all vendor invoices with approved PO to Office Mgr on weekly basis. * Archives old booking files within one week following an event. * Ensures office phone coverage * Attends and participates in all required meetings including weekly BEO meeting * Completes assigned special projects * Know and comply with all company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, emergencies and energy * Report to work on time and in complete uniform * Other duties as assigned Qualifications Qualifications: * Prior experience and understanding of Microsoft applications, including but not limited to Outlook, Word and Excel. * Minimum of two years operational experience in a hotel/banquet setting required. * Prior experience with booking of events preferred. #Monster Aramark Corporation Orlando FL
