Mortgage Branch Manager

Job Description Job Description Job Overview: Join our team at HILLHURST MORTGAGE, INC. as a Producing Branch Manager, where you will oversee and scale our Florida branch. You'll manage the entire loan origination process and help us grow our market share in Florida. Responsibilities: - Oversee the loan origination process from application to closing, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Recruit and manage a team of loan officers, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.

• Lead team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations to enhance team management effectiveness.

• Build and maintain relationships with realtors and other referral partners. Requirements: - At least 5 years of proven experience in loan origination and sales management.

• Minimum of 24 purchase loans closed in the past two years.

• Strong knowledge of guidelines and loan products.

• Proficiency in using Encompass and all necessary loan-related software.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Go getter attitude Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Salary: $4,000 per month

• Insurance: 100% company-paid Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance

• Retirement: 401k plan

• Incentives: - Overrides on loan officer production
