Selected employees will be assigned to work out of a Caisse branch within Ontario, based on proximity to their location and the availability of each branch. As a Mortgage Analyst, you will contribute to activities such as; credit approval, research and analysis that align with the industries best practices in the area of credit risk management. More specifically, you analyze risks, draft various reports or follow-ups and provide support in implementing recommendations. In addition, you ensure sound prioritization of funding requests. You contribute to the preparation and proposal of action plans to help rectify situations encountered in accordance with the guidelines. You will work in a production environment, managing activities and deadlines and have daily performance measures. More specifically, you will be required to:
Analyze and process credit requests for the more complex files
Carry out, research and analysis, and act as a resource person
Submit solutions and action plans
Provide technical support for projects and operational problems
Write technical memos designed to improve the skills and knowledge of our partners
Coordinate with various partners to ensure seamless process

What you bring to the table
College diploma in a related field
A minimum of three years of relevant experience in the financial sector
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Proficiency in both English and French due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
Proficiency in the mortgage granting process specifically in the areas of construction and investor files
Intermediate knowledge of AFH
