We are looking for Consulting minded engineers to join our growing Moogsoft deployment team. The ideal candidates will have experience developing to and deploying modern fault/element/network/alarm management systems and working with event correlation for large organizations. The ideal candidates will be excited by working in a consultative environment, supporting our go to market software partners by delivering top-notch professional services to both our partners and our joint end clients. The ideal candidate will be excited building a foothold in the emerging AIOPS/Advanced Analytics IT Operations space.

Qualifications:
Expertise in linux, javascript / JSON, http / network
Fluency in REST API usage, sql / mysql, apache tomcat, nginx, rabbitmq,
Strong ITSM/ITOM domain knowledge
Ability to troubleshoot via logs ( critical thinking )
Fluency with SAML
Expertise with SNOW & Remedy integrations
Minimum 5 years experience with fault/element/alarm/network management systems (i.e. Netcool, Solarwinds, Spectrum, etc)
Strong interpersonal skills to support management, negotiation, and problem-solving functions of this role.
Excellent judgment and discretion; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines in high pressure scenarios.
Must be able to work independently and productively with minimal supervision.
3+ years Consulting experience

It is desirable that the PMSII possess the following skills and attributes: * Experience in applying in an operational environment the principles of the nine primary knowledge areas and the five process groups defined by the Project Management Body of Knowledge * Experience in Organizational Development analysis to support As-is and To-be models with recommendations to improve the organizations efficiencies and effectiveness in full utilization of resources and delivering quality products to the customer * Experience in IT Portfolio Management methodologies and processes, tools, strategic planning, trend analysis, organizational reporting and presentations, and identification of performance indicators for the purpose of performance measurements * Experience writing alternative analyses, business cases or point papers based on research, analysis, and observations * Experience with the Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) process and other * IT investment processes and requirements * Experience in strategic Enterprise Architecture (EA) analysis, including CPIC, EA, and program management requirements alignment with DEA Strategic Plan * Experience assessing, interpreting, and providing guidance regarding Office of Management and Budget, Department of Justice (DOJ), and other office budget and reporting directives and instructions * Expertise in risk analysis to support project managers in identifying project risk, identifying potential impacts of those risks, and crafting risk mitigation strategies. * Expert knowledge of earned value management (EVM) guidelines, standards, and requirements including defining EVM data collection and reporting processes and analyzing project data to determine earned value metrics * Demonstrated the ability to mentor project staff in applying EVM principles and analyzing project EVM data for accuracy and anomalies; developing work breakdown structures and schedules; and integrating the tenets of risk management and EVM into the scheduling * Experience facilitating work sessions and conducting training sessions, emphasizing risk management and EVM requirements * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience in writing materials relevant to organization, project and task goals and presenting material to senior Government officials and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications * Demonstrated experience in conducting business and technical analysis by facilitating working group sessions and engaging working group members in order to understand and document customer stakeholder functional and technical needs. * Demonstrated experience in assessing customer current business processes and functions and make recommendations for improved functional services.
