Montessori 3-6 Guide

At Kids World, we are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Montessori 3-6 Guide to join our team. As a Montessori 3-6 Guide, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a stimulating and nurturing learning environment for children aged 3-6.

Our Montessori program follows the principles and methods developed by Dr. Maria Montessori. We believe in fostering independence, self-discovery, and a love for learning in each child.

In this role, you will:

• Create and organize a Montessori-based curriculum that promotes learning and development in each child.
• Guide and support children in their exploration and discovery of the Montessori materials and activities.
• Observe and assess children's progress and individualize their learning experience as needed.
• Collaborate with other educators and parents to ensure a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with parents to share updates on their child's progress.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment that meets health and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Montessori certification for the 3-6 age group.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Montessori 3-6 Guide.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Montessori philosophy and methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a nurturing and supportive learning environment.
• Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their holistic development.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of each child.
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
