The Challenge

The Monogram Designer Engagement Leader will be responsible for building Monogram brand awareness and establishing partnerships with key designers and architects in the Greater New York area.

What you will Do

Essential Responsibilities

  • Lead efforts to engage with and recruit top specifiers, designers, and architects (SDA's) to specify Monogram in the Greater New York area based on existing Monogram analytics. Test different engagement methods and validate success based on analysis.

  • Lead the roll-out of the Monogram Designer Incentive Program to SDA's. Target significant SDA's for participation and work with the Monogram team to ensure continued engagement and marketing through the platform.

  • Partner with the Dedicated Monogram Sales team to develop and execute SDA strategy and ASM engagement within area.

  • Partner with MDC's and MEC to funnel key SDA leads through Monogram training. Ensure that attendees are high-volume / influential SDA's that have the potential to generate significant Monogram business.

  • Develop process for ASM's to manage relationships with SDA's upon completion of Monogram training. Define methodology for maintaining engagement via social media, in-market events, and regular communications.

  • Establish partnerships with key SDA influencers in the assigned area (media, bloggers, etc.) to promote the Monogram brand and drive designer engagement.

  • Coordinate with Advertising team to plan and execute the 2016 local media strategy, focused on the design community. Manage outreach to key SDA's ahead of in-region events and ensure that leads are fed through the MDC post-event for continued engagement.

  • Obtaining / Maintaining NKBA certification, while in the role, is encouraged.

  • Execute local and regional events to drive brand awareness, and engagement with the trade.

What you need to Succeed


  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college

  • Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in areas such as Sales, Marketing and/or Product Management in a business to consumer type role

  • Demonstrated customer focus with strong leadership traits

  • Demonstrated attention to detail and strong operational and analytical skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Must be willing and able to travel (approx.30%), as needed to GEA sites and customers

Desired Characteristics

  • Previous Area Sales Manager Experience with Monogram focus

  • Previous experience working engaging with the trade

  • Highly effective facilitation and presentation skills

  • Results oriented; ability to deliver on commitments and follow through

  • High level of self-motivation/initiative

The mission of the National Incident Response Team is to play a leading role in the Federal Reserve System's efforts to protect its information systems against unauthorized use. The mission of NIRT's Tailored Cyber Protection Service (TCPS) team is to improve the security posture of FRS system using a fusion engagement model with a team of cybersecurity experts across multiple domains. This role coordinates the execution of assessment engagements and drives collaboration between internal and/or external business and technical stakeholders to align business risks and concerns with threat-driven, risk based priorities. Your role as a Cybersecurity Engagement and Service Coordinator: As an Engagement and Service Coordinator, this individual contributor role will be expected to exercise leadership through collaboration and have a blend of skills and competencies to perform tasks, including: * Coordinate engagement execution across a variety of stakeholders to achieve a shared vision of threat-driven, risk based goals and priorities * Manage the development of project deliverables, tracking of engagement requests and security contextualization to deliver end-to-end customer experience, balancing short-term achievements with customer-centric long-term goals * Aggregate risk perspectives and threat translations across various cybersecurity domains * Apply a risk-based approach to correlate business risks and concerns with identified threat landscape and business exposure * Work closely with internal security teams and/or business partners to ensure businesses derive value from point-in-time deliverables and on-going cybersecurity operations * Research industry trends and business partner missions to identify key risk areas for prioritization and to gain insight into the business needs and perspectives * Effectively collaborate across a wide range of teams from technical cybersecurity practitioners to executive business leaders * Facilitate and drive service alignment across internal and/or external stakeholders to achieve shared goals and objectives * Demonstrate technical knowledge to engage effectively with security teams across multiple disciplines * Understand and translate technical issues to prioritize requests and decisions * Create, support, and motivate actions of others through influence and collaboration * Set priorities with a broad prospective, balancing business risk and cyber threat landscape * Develop and champion innovative ideas and methodologies to support continuous improvement and evolve the service What we are looking for: The candidate should possess in-depth knowledge and understanding of a breadth of information technologies, information security, project management, and risk perspectives.
