GeneSight is the industry leading mental health pharmacogenomic tool that is gaining rapid momentum via clinician adoption and recent positive coverage decisions from large insurance providers.

As a Molecular Sales Consultant, you will actively expand the business while providing support to existing business within our focused market of psychiatric practices and additional practices treating mental health. The Molecular Sales Consultant located in Seattle will report to the Regional Business Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop and manage commercial relationships with key opinion leaders in psychiatric medicine and other key healthcare professionals Identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities for growth within a specific region or geography - predominately in the traditional out-patient practices, but also inclusive of institutions, local insurance payors, physician groups, long term care facilities, etc. Manage full lifecycle of the product sales process, including new business development and lead generation via programs and other initiatives Collaboration with the marketing team on the development of sales and marketing collateral Attend local tradeshows, industry conferences and networking events Staying current on industry and marketplace trends in the areas of psychiatry, behavioral health, and personalized medicine

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required Must have a minimum of 3+ years of behavioral health / diagnostic sales / specialty pharmaceutical sales experience Specific knowledge in psychiatric illnesses, psychopharmacology and personalized medicine is strongly preferred Salesforce.com or similar CRM experience required Demonstrated experience in developing and managing commercial relationships with physicians, physician practices, patient advocacy groups and key opinion leaders Verifiable track record with building and growing a sales territory by managing the implementation of commercial programs and sales initiatives Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills Excellent time management, scheduling, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and work effectively under tight timelines and schedules Ability to work independently and as a contributing team member Ability to sense the importance or impact of issues/situations and take appropriate actions Must be flexible, innovative, and self-motivated Must have the flexibility to work extra hours to meet corporate and departmental goals.

Summary: Responsible for identifying exclusive wireless property opportunities for indoor and outdoor DAS & Small Cells, and other Revenue Acquisitions. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: * Develop go-to market plans for acquisition of wireless infrastructure rights at high potential locations. * Schedule and attend both internal and external meetings to discuss potential acquisition opportunities. * Contact real-estate owners, market SBA wireless services and secure wireless infrastructure rights. * Conduct sales calls and prepare presentations to communicate company capabilities and expertise. * Emphasis placed on site seeking/deal making for carrier anchored facilities. * Develop and maintain relationships with real-estate owners. * Perform necessary due diligence to appropriately qualify real-estate opportunities. * Organize and prepare proposal packages for consideration of proposed deals to be reviewed by Leadership. * Forecast and track sales opportunities and results. * Ensure the successful completion of project deliverables and contract compliance. * Meet or exceed quantitative goals related to securing property rights. * Excellent communication skills. * Must be able to travel as needed on short notice. * Must be able to entertain clients as deemed appropriate. * Other projects and duties as assigned.
