Job Description

El (la) / Operador(a) de Manufactura realizar tareas en las areas de costura a maquina, lavado, secado en horno, micro ensamblaje ("micro assembly"), set- up de equipo electronico, uso de tornos / crimpring process formacion de piezas ("dipping inmersion"), entre otros.. Para lograr la transformacion del producto; minimizar costos y maximizacion de utilidades o cualquier tarea que requiera la gerencia.

Responsabilidades

  • Realizar la limpieza de rea de trabajo, equipos y materiales, para cumplir con los diferentes procesos

  • Organizar el rea de trabajo y mantener un espacio seguro y limpio

  • Realizar costura a mquina, lavado, secado en horno, micro ensamblaje ("micro assembly"), set up de equipos electrnicos uso de tornos lathe/ crimpring process y/o formacin de piezas (dipping inmersion"). Adicional a esto realizar tareas como ensamblar, envolver, empacar, llenar, sellar, coser, cortar telas, pulir, perforar, inspeccionar, moldear, imprimir, etiquetar de acuerdo a los procesos establecidos en cada estacin, procesos de manufactura y polticas establecidas

  • Consultar dibujos, procedimientos y las especificaciones para asegurar la calidad del producto

  • Inspeccionar el producto, herramienta, material y/o equipo durante los procesos de manufactura para cumplir con los procedimientos establecidos tales como calibraciones, identificacin, desgaste, mal funcionamiento y/o discrepancia del producto

  • Operar maquinaria simple

  • Utilizar instrumentos de presicin

  • Leer grficas, tomar lecturas para verificar parmetros de los procedimientos

  • Colocar telas en reas designadas ("spool" o bolsas)

  • Notificar al supervisor y/o designado cualquier discrepancia, material que no cumpla con las especificaciones y desviaciones a procedimientos y/o mal funcionamiento de equipo

  • Documentar el trabajo realizado siguiendo los procedimientos establecidos y rdenes de trabajo (WO's) "Work Orders" Auditar y aprobar las etiquetas en el area de label cage deacuerdo al procedimiento establecido

  • Empacar el producto de acuerdo a los requerimientos y procesos establecidos y reconciliar etiquetas en rea de empaque

  • Auditar documentacin de manufactura

  • Obtener el adiestramiento requerido antes de llevar a cabo una operacin

  • Utilizar la vestimenta requerida y el equipo de proteccin personal y seguridad de acuerdo a los requisitos de su operacin

  • Cumplir con los cGMP's, estndares de calidad y polticas y/o procedimientos establecidos

  • Ejecutar otras funciones requeridas por el supervisor y/o designado

  • Capaz de levantar un maximo de 50 libras y estar de pie durante un turno de trabajo de ocho hora

Educacin y/o experiencia:

  • Diploma de Escuela Superior o equivalente

  • De uno (1) a tres (3) aos de experiencia en ambiente regulado y/o de manufactura

Habilidades y conocimiento deseables adicionales de las calificaciones bsicas:

  • Grado Tcnico o Universitario

VIEW JOBS 7/28/2021 12:00:00 AM 2021-10-26T00:00 Job Description Summary Job Description Perform all tasks in molding and operate all respective equipment at a rate equal to or above established standards while maintaining all quality and GMP standards. * Continually monitor operations for product quality and equipment performance. * Make authorized adjustments and modifications to equipment as needed to maintain process quality and productivity. * Responsible for product quality; in-process checks, accurately complete all quality documentation, quality documentation review, requalification, rework * Seek assistance from set ups & cell leads to meet production and quality expectations when required. * Perform or assist with product or equipment changeovers. * Assist line technicians with equipment repair, trouble shooting and preventive maintenance. * Keep machinery, work area and floors neat and orderly and comply with GMP requirements. * Perform quality inspections, process tests and record data accurately as required. * Maintain accurate documentation for reporting PPH, scrap/waste, SAP and MES transactions. * Identify and report any issues to the Cell Lead. * Proactively participate in problem solving methods through CI activities, (Blitz's, Kaizens, KAS) * Operators must effectively cooperate with the others to ensure effective shift transfer and communication.
