Molding Material Handler I SUMMARY OF DUTIES Responsible for boxing all molded product coming from the molding department and transferring it to the warehouse inventory. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMED * Box individual molded product into corrugated boxes, labeling outside of box with label supplied.
Box multi bag product into single container, print individual box label reflecting a multi bag box.
Transfer boxed product in database system to allow warehouse personnel to move product into inventory.
Verify product being boxed matches product number on box label.
Palletize product, locate to staging area after transfer in database.
Follow special boxing and handling instructions for product going to Quarantine.
Maintain clean working area in anti room and staging areas.
Move product using BPA gun.
May perform the following for the regrind area:
Collecting product to be ground.
Regrinding and blending the product.
Verifying the right blending ratio.
Performs other duties as coordinated by shift lead. ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL/ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS * Lifting -- Not to exceed 50 lbs. -- local practice may apply.

Chemical vapors SUMMARY OF MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * Education and experience equivalent to a high school diploma.
Three months of related work experience.
Ability to read, write and understand written instructions.
Ability to follow oral instructions.
Ability to distinguish between acceptable and unacceptable finished products.
Ability to learn about and remember key information about parts, materials and equipment.
Demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills.
Ability to work overtime is required.
