As a member of our Tooling Department team, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently maintaining and changing molds in and out of machinery. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with your internal team as well as other production team members.
Clean and maintain all aspects of the molds, cooling systems, air and water lines, supplies etc.
Install and remove IM molds into presses
Use all proper safety procedures, including LOTO and wearing fall protection
Use of a variety of hand and mechanical tools, written and computer record completion
High School or GED equivalent
One to three years basic mechanical experience
Trade school experience preferred, but not required
Ability to work at heights, climb and work in awkward positions, grasp hand tools, push/pull/lift weights up to fifty pounds.
