Job Description
As a Pro Outside Sales Rep for our Moen brand, you will enjoy working with an established book of business customers to attain financial sales goals through maintaining and growing relationships with wholesalers, dealers, and construction professionals.
The ideal candidate will have experience in outside or inside sales, be extremely autonomous, and able to travel overnight approximately 1-2 nights a month. You will have a background of growing and maintaining relationships through high-touch communications and knowledge sharing.
This remote position is based in New Jersey. We will provide a company car, laptop, and cell phone and the salary range is anywhere from a base of $70,000 - $110,000K with a bonus opportunity based on your territory performance.
What you will be doing:
Responsible for providing leadership direction of Moen's Pro business at THD within territory and achieve top line Pro sales plan and profitability growth targets through account relationships.
Monitor KPI's for territory and assigned THD Pro Managed Accounts. Exceed performance to plan through partnership with Moen NAM team and THD Regional Pro Sales Manager and other Home Depot PRO leadership teams.
In market Moen product expert to support THD outside sales teams with product solutions for every pro and project to understand THD Pro Managed Accounts' perspectives. Provide sales data/analysis and insights to drive local territory decisions and strategies to improve Moen's competitive position.
Drive incremental sales growth by cultivating meaningful business relationships with THD Pro Managed Accounts to drive conversions from competitive brands to Moen, tracking conversions and closings monthly.
Partner with local THD Pro Outside Sales Rep and Pro Account Expeditor (PAE) teams, providing support needed, including product trainings and joint customer calls and ride-alongs.
Work with Moen THD Account NAMs to create and implement regional PRO promotional opportunities quarterly and provide quarterly updates to THD Pro teams reviewing new product launches, active and upcoming promotions and trend reviews.
Attend all 25 THD Regional Pro Roadshow, THD Pro Customer intimacy events, and responsible for the planning and execution of exclusive MOEN/THD OSR & Customer events around THD Regional PRO roadshows.
Facilitate weekly review of open quotes report, following up directly with THD associates to increase close rates and grow incremental sales opportunities.
Act as market Voice of the Customer (THD) internally with Moen cross-functional teams, proactively identifying and sharing new opportunities
