About the Job:

Banks and financial services firms are turning towards a modern delivery approach in force. We are looking for experienced coaches and leaders who want to work in the trenches with our clients' leadership teams to help enable this transformation to a more agile-based environment. In addition to having hands-on project delivery experience in financial services, coaching and training experience at the at the team, tribe, and leadership levels is foundational to helping change take root at all levels of our clients' organizations.

What You'll Get to Do:

  • Coach and mentor individuals in practical agile execution models including Scrum Masters, Product Owners and Executives

  • Leverage agile values, principles and practices to deliver high value business outcomes

  • Understand the mindset required of an effective agile team and organization and influence enterprise change to drive the right mindset across all levels

  • Practical training facilitation across one, some, or all of the three basic organizational levels: Team, Tribe, and Leadership.

What You'll Bring with You:

  • In-depth knowledge of one (or more) agile frameworks including scaling frameworks

  • Experience in leading agile delivery from inception to outcomes

  • Experience initiating and/or progressing organizational change to an agile mindset

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Demonstrable history of developing, building and growing your own training style and methods

  • Can develop and have experience with a variety of training methods including classroom based, remote delivery, eLearning and providing education reference material

  • Serve as a mentor with a keen sense of developing, building and coaching Agile among peers

  • Practice a team-first, servant leadership style focused on team growth and success

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM), preferred

  • IC Certified Agile Team Facilitation (IC-ATF) and/or IC Certified Agile Coach (IC ACC) also preferred

  • Experience in Capital Markets and data/infrastructure projects a plus

The Role The Copyright clearance coordinator will oversee the execution of the reproduction of images, by obtaining clearance for images reproduced in sale catalogues, marketing materials and other related uses of images as well as coordinate special projects as assigned including but not limited to tracking catalogues, archiving due diligence, gathering statistics, assisting with research, etc. Specific duties & responsibilities will include but are not limited to * Obtain copyright clearance for catalogues, press and other marketing materials for auction, private selling exhibitions and eCommerce * Be the main driver and liaison between the department and copyright holders, including proactive reach out to copyright holders to establish long-term relationships * Conduct daily follow up with copyright holders and main stakeholders in department on status of requests * Actively troubleshoot for copyright clearance issues (i.e. suggest alternative use) * Maintain Excel workbook/Filemaker Pro with copyright holders and specific restrictions * Proactively develop processes and identify opportunities for efficiency, to help streamline catalogue production for department * Negotiate copyright clearance fees * Track and monitor related copyright costs and eliminate overcharging to ensure accuracy and completeness for each specific project * Manage relationships with our copyright vendors * Reconcile all uses at the close of each season * Educate department on changing copyright practices within the marketplace and provide training as applicable Additional Projects * Provide support to help to determine distribution and print runs of catalogues, communicate with HSM * Compile statistics on competitors' sale pre and post-sale (i.e. sale statistics) and report results * Monitor relevant websites for information on competition and keep updated market share information and complete market share reports for current seasons * Work with Business and Sale Coordinator teams to assist with bidder requests for Extended Payment Terms * Other duties as assigned by Manager The Candidate * Familiarity with Impressionist & Modern Art * Familiarity with U.S. copyright/trademark law * Ability to project manage * Well-structured and detail-oriented * Strong proficiency in Excel & Ability to learn Filemaker Pro * Ability to work well with others and across departments and our international offices * Ability to self-start and efficiently complete tasks, with clear and regular follow up * Ability to work under pressure and against deadlines * Ability to work weekends and late nights during peak deadlines Closing Date: Friday, December 13th Christie's New York NY
