About the Job:
Banks and financial services firms are turning towards a modern delivery approach in force. We are looking for experienced coaches and leaders who want to work in the trenches with our clients' leadership teams to help enable this transformation to a more agile-based environment. In addition to having hands-on project delivery experience in financial services, coaching and training experience at the at the team, tribe, and leadership levels is foundational to helping change take root at all levels of our clients' organizations.
What You'll Get to Do:
Coach and mentor individuals in practical agile execution models including Scrum Masters, Product Owners and Executives
Leverage agile values, principles and practices to deliver high value business outcomes
Understand the mindset required of an effective agile team and organization and influence enterprise change to drive the right mindset across all levels
Practical training facilitation across one, some, or all of the three basic organizational levels: Team, Tribe, and Leadership.
What You'll Bring with You:
In-depth knowledge of one (or more) agile frameworks including scaling frameworks
Experience in leading agile delivery from inception to outcomes
Experience initiating and/or progressing organizational change to an agile mindset
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Demonstrable history of developing, building and growing your own training style and methods
Can develop and have experience with a variety of training methods including classroom based, remote delivery, eLearning and providing education reference material
Serve as a mentor with a keen sense of developing, building and coaching Agile among peers
Practice a team-first, servant leadership style focused on team growth and success
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM), preferred
IC Certified Agile Team Facilitation (IC-ATF) and/or IC Certified Agile Coach (IC ACC) also preferred
Experience in Capital Markets and data/infrastructure projects a plus
