ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work with Business Stakeholders closely in Model N Channel Data management, Revenue Cloud and Rebate Management modules implementation.

  • Analyze & Implement enhancements on various CPQ processes such as Contracts, and Quote.

  • Maintain and support the pricing processes from Model N to ERP and with other CRM systems

  • Implement integrations with ERP such as master data and pricing.

  • Develop informatica integration to update sync data between multiple systems

  • Lead all phases of SDLC for projects in the SFDC-Model N

  • Develop reports to support pricing, accounting, finance, and sales organizations.

  • Work on Model N web services and help the business to resolve their Web service interface issues.

  • Create Business Rules for various cloud customers and implement the pricing Modules in Model N

  • Perform END to END testing for Various Model N Business functions.

  • Provide business support, involving training, analyzing, and Issue resolution.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / IT (or) Equivalent.

  • 10+ years of work experience involving Model N Revenue Cloud, Model N Channel Data Management, Model N Revvy Management.

  • 7+ years of hands-on Model N implementation experience

  • Experience in Model N modules Price Strategy and Price Management, Experience on Model N opportunities and Quotes and Debit Modules.

  • Very Good Exposure to User and roles and responsibilities in Model N.

  • In-depth understanding of CRM business processes like Campaign Management, Lead Management, Account Management, and Contract Management.

SKILLS:

  • Skilled in customizing standard objects like Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Quotes, Debits,

  • Products, Price books, Cases, Leads, Campaigns as per client's need.

  • Expertise in Functional analysis, establishing business rules and process flows, designing Flex field structures, segments, value sets, GAP analysis, configuration setups, and validations.

  • Significant experience in issue resolution, client communication, and reporting.

  • Implementation experience with Web-based technologies including HTML, XML, JSP.

  • Writing PL/SQL quires, stored procedures, and advanced PL/SQL methods.

  • Oracle SOA Suite.

  • Salesforce Admin and Developer methods.

  • Tools such as Toad, SQL Plus, SQL Developer.

  • Good understanding of Oracle database management such materialized view, explain plan etc.

  • Exposure to OLAP/BI tools such as OBIEE

  • Experience creating and reviewing ETL design and mapping specifications documents

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experienced with multi-national and distributed development environments

  • An employee's pay position within the salary range may be based on several factors including but not limited to (1) relevant education; qualifications; certifications; and experience; (2) skills, ability, knowledge of the job; (3) performance, contribution and results; (4) geographic location; (5) shift; (6) internal and external equity; and (7) business and organizational needs.

  • The salary range is what we believe to be the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California, Colorado, New York or remote jobs that can be performed in California, Colorado and New York. This range may be modified in the future.

  • You will be eligible to participate in Western Digital's Short-Term Incentive (STI) Plan, which provides incentive awards based on Company and individual performance. Depending on your role and your performance, you may be eligible to participate in our annual Long-Term Incentive (LTI) program, which consists of restricted stock units (RSUs) or cash equivalents, pursuant to the terms of the LTI plan.
