As a Mobile Tire Guru, you are always on the move, operating the on-the-go tire-installation method for customers. But your job goes beyond installing the tires, you'll also be there to engage with the customers and answer any questions they may have. No experience installing tires? No worries! We're happy to train you to become an expert part of our team and a driving force of the most innovative way to buy tires.
Build relationships with customers, answering their questions and explaining the installation process, while fully understanding their needs.
Ensure customer satisfaction through interactions, including checking in, scheduling appointments and checking out customers.
Understand Roll and serve as an advocate for the brand, reminding customers of warranties, promotions and advertisements.
Keep up to date on new technologies within the rapidly-changing tire industry.
Complete basic tire services (e.g. mounting and balancing tires, tire repairs) using the Mobile Van in order to provide the easiest, most convenient experience possible.
Safety drive the Mobile Van to and from all appointments and conduct proper safety checks when installing customers' tires.
When necessary, you may be asked to assist and fill-in for other members of Roll's team. Teamwork makes the dream work.
Qualifications and Skills:
You know how to work with customers and are able to provide top-of-the-line service in any scenario.
You are able to work independently, staying on task and following deadlines.
You know how to communicate with others and can make every interaction with customers simple and helpful.
You are a polished individual who always presents yourself to the best of your ability.
You're excellent at managing your time, but also can be flexible with it, because your schedule won't always be the same.
You have an understanding of mechanics and can perform basic tire services on a vehicle--or not! We're happy to train you to do so. It's easier than you may think, we promise.
You must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma/GED.
This job requires a lot of driving, so it makes sense that you need a valid state-issued driver's license.
Nobody's perfect, but we would like you to have a satisfactory driving record.
For safety reasons, you must be able to lift up to 60 pounds.
