Position Summary

Waitr is looking for a highly motived Mobile Restaurant Success Manager (MRSM) to join our team. The MRSM builds and maintains lasting relationships with our restaurant partners, manages their accounts, incorporates our brand into their marketing strategy, and so much more! The MRSMs are responsible for ensuring that our restaurant partners are integrated into our operations efficiently and effectively, keeping restaurant partners operating smoothly and ensuring their continued success.

Previous employment experience in the restaurant industry is a must. Hospitality, customer service, retail, marketing or sales experience is a plus.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage restaurant accounts in assigned market

  • Responsible for onboarding and installation for new restaurant partners.

  • Train restaurant owners and staff, how to process Waitr orders using iPad, using dashboard and to be proficient on Waitr operations and processes.

  • Work with photography team to schedule photoshoots and input photos.

  • Build and cultivate relationships with our local restaurant partners.

  • Drive revenue growth for restaurants with high quality menu development.

  • Help restaurants integrate Waitr into their marketing strategy.

  • Manage restaurant accounts and administrative tasks.

  • Assist with local marketing events.

Requirements:

Education 4-year Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Marketing is highly preferred, or 2-year Associate/Technical Degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum of one-three years of related Restaurant, Management/Operations, Sales, Account Management and/or Marketing experience. Equivalent military technical training considered.
