Mobile QA Test Analyst, Ios

Keeper Security is hiring a highly motivated and experienced Mobile QA Test Analyst, iOS to join our mobile team. This is a 100% remote position with an opportunity to work a hybrid schedule for candidates based in the El Dorado Hills, CA or Chicago, IL metro area.

Responsibilities

• Analyze bugs and errors found during tests
• Develop or update company complaint and inspection procedures to ensure capture and investigation, as well as proper documentation of complaints
• Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience
• Motivate the development process for efficiency and performance
• Works together with the software developer to enhance and improve programs
• Research and compare similar competitor products
• Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and advancements

Requirements

• 4+ years of iOS QA or development experience
• Strong technical, written and communication skills
• Knowledge and understanding of mobile development (e.g. native, react native, hybrid, PWA, or web-responsive), APIs, and relevant tools and technologies
• Familiar with mobile emulator software (XCode)
• Willing to learn how to deliver work iteratively and push goals to the finish line
• Ability to work collaboratively with a group of team members
• Strong problem solver with focus on code design, quality and architecture
• Working knowledge of software development methodologies and tools including
• Experience with automated build systems, version and project control and issue tracking systems
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or MIS or equivalent experience
