The Role

We're on the lookout for an exceptionally skilled and motivated Mobile Product Owner to become a valuable member of our dynamic team. Embracing the role of Mobile Product Owner, you'll spearhead the delivery of our product roadmap for our mobile Capture SDKs (Android, iOS & JavaScript) and standalone Identify Apps available on both the Google Play and iOS App stores. This position demands a profound grasp of mobile technology, a sharp awareness of market trends, and a knack for collaboration with cross-functional teams. What you will do

Product Strategy and Vision:

• Contribute to and execute a strategic roadmap for our mobile SDK products, taking into account market trends, competitor analysis, and valuable customer feedback.

Customer Problem Solving:

• Work with customers to help them articulate both problems and feature requests. Analyse requirements and aid with the definition of these issues in conjunction with development teams and engineering. 

Requirements Analysis:

• Collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements for our mobile product suite. Leverage proficiency in agile software methodologies to work with the development team, ensuring swift delivery of customer value.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Forge close partnerships with development teams to translate business requirements into precise technical specifications. Collaborate seamlessly with UX/UI designers to ensure an intuitive and user-friendly experience for developers integrating the mobile SDK.

Release Management:

• Take ownership of the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to delivery, ensuring punctual and high-quality releases. Coordinate with development, quality assurance, and documentation teams to define release schedules and manage dependencies.

Documentation and Training:

• Develop comprehensive documentation for the mobile SDK, encompassing API documentation, sample code, and integration guides. Collaborate with training teams when necessary to create educational materials and resources for developers utilizing the mobile SDK.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer feedback and issues related to the mobile SDKs. Engage actively with customers to comprehend their needs and incorporate feedback into the evolving product roadmap. Proactively engage with internal stakeholders to prioritize future sprints for the development teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, emphasizing expertise in mobile SDKs.
• Strong grasp of mobile development platforms (iOS, Android) and related technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset, utilizing a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Proficiency in Agile development methodologies, driving success through iterative processes.
• Effective communication skills with Commercial and Technical stakeholders
• Experience in Identification, User-onboarding, Computer-Vision, or KYC space preferred
• Confidence and assertiveness in presenting and advocating for products
• Proficiency with Android, iOS, and Javascript SDK product management and/or development
