Sr Mobile Product Manager
The Sr Mobile Product Manager will be responsible for product ownership of a line of mobile applications, in support of the broader Omni-Channel consumer product experience.
Core functions of the mobile product management team include: develop product charters, develop and maintain product roadmaps, define product features based on external and internal needs, maintain a backlog of user stories, work with design and development teams to deliver functionality, report on product performance, conduct competitive analysis, and communicate with external users and internal stakeholders across the organization.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify consumer needs through market research, usability testing, and competitive analysis and translate those needs into features and requirements
Balance and prioritize the needs of consumers/patients/members, business leaders and the technical teams and ensure consensus and alignment from a business, design, and development perspective
Plan and manage a roadmap of capabilities, enhancements, and app releases
Lead the development of new capabilities and enhancements for native mobile applications with cross-functional development teams including User Experience and Software Developers
Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Designers, IT teams, and other Product Managers to coordinate efforts around branding, positioning, support, and other collaboration
3+ years of mobile-related product management
Proven track record of successfully leading the concept creation, technical development, and launch of mobile products and/or services
Knowledge of Apple and Android mobile OS features and best design and development practices
Experience in an Agile software development environment
Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts and mobile technologies with technical and non-technical employees
Use of analytics to validate performance and drive changes for continuous improvement
Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
Superior verbal and written communications skills
Product management of iOS and Android mobile applications
Experience in the healthcare industry
B2B and B2C product experience
Experience coordinating projects across a large, highly-matrixed organization
Graduate degree, MBA preferred
