About the Role

• Organize Capsule courier delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient customer deliveries, doing so adhering to operating principles and upholding customer first mentality

• Communicate effectively with the full logistics team, including Capsule dispatchers, couriers, and operations leads

• Proactively triage and solve for anticipated or unseen challenges within delivery zones, identifying opportunities for optimization or increased efficiency

• Track daily KPI metrics for on-time delivery and performance, providing regular reports and recommendations to leadership for decision-making

Requirements

• Valid driver's license, including minimum of last 365 days clean driving record with 2+ years of experience driving within a Metropolitan area. Commercial license preferred

• Ability to safely drive for extended periods of time, up to 10 hours per shift

• Ability to safely lift items weighing upwards of 25 pounds, up to 25 per shift

• Strong time management and problem solving skills, including proficiency in handling urgent matters autonomously while maintaining safety, compliance, and customer first mentality

• You are available to work within expected schedules:Typical Work Hours: Monday-Friday: 10:30AM - 03:00PM
