What you'll do in your role.

Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store. Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in-store.

Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan that keep our customers connected to the people and lifestyle they love, including anything from unique accessories to up and coming Internet of Things (IOT) devices. Guide your customers through their purchasing experience thoughtful questions, informative answers and sharing your expertise. Approaching service and sales needs with patience, honesty and compassion.

Provide service with confidence and a smile, and go to work, assessing their needs and concerns as you build a genuine relationship with them. Offer solutions that pave the way for a potential Metro by T-Mobile sale and solve the customers issues or needs. Support your team, keep the store looking its best, and make sure your knowledge is up to date on the latest tech offerings.

Complete training and ensure Mobile Experts complete their assigned training on time and fully. Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.

The experience you'll bring.

Experience in wireless industry preferred

Customer service or retail experience preferred

Our users receive timely, customized feedback, making them safer drivers.</p><p>CMT is seeking an experienced IOS software engineer to build new and enhance existing telematics-based mobile applications for our customers. The individual should be skilled in building visually appealing and engaging apps that are robust and performant.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul> <li>Create, design, and implement user interfaces and experiences that:<ul> <li>Engage and entice users to return to the app regularly</li> <li>Display information about a driver's behavior (e.g. distracted driving, reckless driving, etc.) in visually appealing, yet meaningful ways</li> <li>Teach drivers how to improve their driving habits</li> </ul> </li> <li>Thoroughly test new features, writing unit tests where applicable</li> <li>Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, working with back end developers as necessary</li> <li>Collaborate with team members to ensure maximum consistency between IOS and Android apps</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience</li> <li>Proficient in Objective-C and Swift</li> <li>Ability to write high-quality, reliable software for mobile platforms</li> <li>2+ years developing mobile apps</li> <li>4+ years of software development experience</li> <li>A passion for learning</li> <li>A passion for building highly engaging applications regardless of platform</li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills </li> </ul><p><br></p><p>“Nice to have” skills:</p><ul> <li>Experience with Unit and UI Testing on IOS</li> <li>Experience with localization</li> <li>Experience with performance analysis</li> <li>Familiarity with Android development</li> <li>Strong troubleshooting abilities for diagnosing complex issues</li> <li>Experience with source control frameworks such as git and svn</li> <li>Experience with different application architectures such as Model-View-Controller, MVVM, and VIPER</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>Cambridge Mobile Telematics' (CMT) mission is to make the world’s roads and drivers safer.
