Job Description:

The Mobile Concierge position will be working with America's #1 pre-paid wireless service provider. The role is geared towards increasing product sales and knowledge at assigned events in national retail chains. The Mobile Concierge is responsible for selling, training, marketing, promoting, advertising and demonstrating client products to consumers through in-store interactive activities.

Essential Functions:

  • Gains and maintains a sound knowledge of specific client products

  • Professionally represents MarketSource and it clients at all times

  • Performing in-store product demonstrations at assigned events.

  • Responding to store customers and in-store sales staff questions regarding client specific products

  • Providing superior customer service (retail sales experience a plus)

  • Gaining and maintaining a sound knowledge of specific client products

Supervisory or Management Responsibility/Decision Making Level:

  • Not Applicable

Sales:

  • Driving sales productivity and customer satisfaction within national retail locations on various wireless products, accessories and services to customers

  • Engaging in side-by-side selling with retail associates

  • Participating in in-store promotions, and coordinating with appropriate personnel

  • Participating in wireless sales events

Training:

  • Maintaining sound knowledge of all of the client's suite of products.

  • Maintaining knowledge of other carriers in the wireless sales space.

  • Attending requested training sessions and conference calls.

  • Reviewing new product and service offerings from the client

Relationship Development:

  • Establishing and managing critical relationships within national retail stores and with our merchandising partners

  • Developing and managing positive business relationships with retail store management and employees

Minimum Education and/or Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) required
  • 1-2 years of retail sales, training, marketing, advertising, merchandising or public relations
Requisite Abilities and/or

Skills:
  • Availability to work during weekends, weekdays, or nights

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision

  • Must have reliable Internet Access

  • Strong work ethics, personal integrity and character, positive attitude

  • Outstanding communications skills

  • General technology skills and abilities

VIEW JOBS 3/6/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-06-04T00:00 JOB SUMMARY Performs general preventive maintenance and corrective repair of multiple retail buildings as part of assigned route. Assists in monitoring building system operations and performance and interacting with store management. Utilizes several trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating and cooling. Must be flexible to schedule. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Complies with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and Company directives related to building operations and work safety. Performs assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance. Completes maintenance and repair records as required. Reviews assigned work orders. Estimates time and materials needed to complete repair. Orders necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks. Assists with installation and modification of building equipment systems. Assists with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems to include: plumbing systems, kitchen equipment, roofs, drains, shop, and HVAC. Inspects new installation for compliance with building codes and safety regulations. Maintains lighting systems throughout the facility, cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs, lamps and ballasts. Performs carpentry, furniture assembly, locksmith, and plumbing tasks as needed. Responds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed. Willing to be available to complete required work. Performs other duties as assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Able to work directly with client, 3rd party vendors, and retail customers as situation dictates. FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages. REASONING ABILITY Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires basic analytical skills. OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES Uses personal computer and / or PDA for work order system, email, ESS and training. Basic skills with Microsoft Office Outlook.
