Enterprise Quality Engineering minimizes business risk by providing effective and efficient Quality Assurance, Testing Services and driving a Quality Engineering culture at Wells Fargo. This role/position will be responsible for the testing automation, execution and maintenance of Wells Fargo's premier corporate cash management mobile site CEO Mobile.

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

  • Design and development of test case automation

  • Innovate and implement technical solutions to test execution patterns and hurdles to improve the team's productivity and effectiveness

  • Work closely with business, development and QA teams as necessary to ensure automated tests are complete and accurate

  • Communicate with partner QA team resources on automation progress

  • Mentor others on the team and within the organization on automation execution methodology and technical hurdles

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of application development and implementation experience
  • 3 + years of automation or regression testing experience
  • 2+ years of experience using HP ALM or other testing tools
  • 1+ year of Ruby experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Knowledge and understanding of Selenium software testing framework

  • Ability to work effectively in virtual environment where key team members and partners are in various time zones and locations

  • Knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies: used in waterfall or Agile development projects

Other Desired Qualifications

  • 1+ years automating tests for mobile devices, iPad and tablet simulators

  • 1+ years scripting in Java

  • Experience with BDD/ATDD using Ruby, Ruby gems (Cucumber, RSpec, Gherkins), Calabash/Capybara, Watir

  • Hands on scripting experience in mobile automation tools like Perfecto Mobile, See-test, Device Anywhere etc. and their integration with Selenium 2.0 and Awetest

  • Hands on experience with continuous integration and source control tools such as Jenkins, AntHill Pro, Bamboo, Git, Stash, Subversion or equivalent

  • Knowledge of virtual environments using VM Ware & Microsoft technologies

Job Expectations

  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed or scheduled

  • Flexibility to address incidents as needed 24 hours a day

  • Flexibility to frequently be on call beyond normal working hours

  • Ability to work additional hours as needed
