This role is more than just coding. We need a full-stack developer who will use their passion to learn new tools and techniques, identify and implement system improvements, and mentor teammates. On our team, you'll help customers overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches like microservices, domain driven design, or n-tier.

Using Java and Swift technologies and Agile life cycle development, you'll build and sustain vital applications for the Veterans Administration. You'll analyze the needs and the environment to make sure the solution you're developing considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements.

You Have:

• 3+ years of experience as a software developer or software engineer

• Experience building applications for Android or iOS, and platform storage technologies

• Experience with SwiftUI or Jetpack Compose

• Experience with Java, JavaScript, Java Beans, JSP, JMS, J2EE, Spring boot, Hibernate, CSS, DHTML, HTML, or XML

• Experience with Swagger Specification

• Experience with containerization tools Kubernetes or Docker, and APIs, including SOAP REST or RPC

• Knowledge of software development and user interface web applications

• Knowledge of application security and performance-oriented development

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements

• HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with FHIR

• Experience with screen and device lifecycle management

• Experience with Firebase

• Experience with Jira and Python

• Experience with Google Analytics

• Experience with AWS, IaaS, and PaaS

• Knowledge of 508 Compliance requirements

• Knowledge of Agile frameworks

• Bachelor's degree

• SAFe Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
