Position Description

The MM Solutions Architect (home-based) is responsible for the functional integrity, development, and strategy for all Materials Management applications. Role will execute high complexity projects and support ongoing process optimization requests. Individual should be highly comfortable and proficient at working directly with the business and/or project management. This is a hands-on role, and will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining custom solutions in an SAP environment.

Salary range: $140k - $150k (depending on education and experience)

Key Accountabilities:

• Successfully complete high-complexity and large team projects, including status reporting with project management.

• Autonomously run high complexity projects end-to-end in the absence of project management, including managing scope and user expectations

• Perform peer reviews to ensure configuration standards and review documentation.

• Mentor other members of the team helping them to improve skills.

• Create and maintain required documentation including design and functional specs.

• Develop test strategy and plan, test cases and assist team with testing.

• Should be proactive and willing to learn.

• Provide thought leadership towards adoption of new trends in their area of expertise.

• Build and own technology solution strategy and roadmap.

• Own architecture and process design activities.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in industrial production, Business, Information Systems or another related field preferred
• 7+ years of SAP experience as Solution Architect
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing or similar industry

Skills/Qualifications:

• Experience in design, delivery and support of SAP MM, WM, PM and PP applications in S/4 HANA Environments

• Extensive experience in Procurement, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and related Materials Management processes

• Knowledge of integration points across SAP modules such as PM, TM, SD, WM, QM and FI/CO

• Experience with Forecasting/Demand Planning, MRP, Production Planning for Process Industry and Quality Management processes.

• Experience with SAP Extended WM (EWM), APO, IBP or GIB is preferred.

• Strong understanding of interfaces with non-SAP applications including but not limited to EDI, file transfer, API, and XML

• Apply system solutions to business requirements through the design and configuration of systems platforms and applications.

• Ability to work and consult with colleagues as well as individually.

• Analytical ability to synthesize data and report/align on metrics.

• Maintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defects.

• Build relationships with key members of our user community and become a trusted resource with those users.

• Be the go-to resource on a specific business function or area.

• High degree of business acumen; able to apply to both the solutions technical function as well as how it is used in practice.

• Must be highly process oriented.

• Must be results driven and with high sense of ownership.

Position-Specific Work Requirements:

• May be required to travel up to 15% - 20% of the time based on business needs

• Must comply and acknowledge the 'Refresco Home-based Job Requirements' policy reviewed during new hire's onboarding.

• This position requires travel for on-site on-boarding at the onset of employment, for a period of 2 weeks, possibly longer.

• This position requires Spring and Fall travel for week long department Summit meetings in Tampa.

• Due to the impact that this role has on Refresco North American operations, travel on short notice to provide business critical support may be required.
