Main Purpose:

Drinkfinity has a high priority to develop valuable and relevant content to connect with our audience. We need to make sure we build Drinkfinity brand and its reputation via content. In order to influence conversions, improve SEO efforts, new leads, showcase the benefit our ingredients and sustainability story. Content will help support every digital marketing strategy. We are certain having a person dedicated to build Content marketing will help to boost visibility, but it can also help build a strong relationships with our users.

The Global Content Marketing Sr. Supervisor will be responsible for leading the Brand Content strategy on all touch points (Website, Content Hub, Social Channels, PR, activations, Influencers, Bloggers, Youtube) by developing a holistic 360 content focusing on education to build brand awareness, engagement & consideration

As a marketing leader, influencer, and strong brand marketer, will be responsible for creating, editing, posting, updating, and cleaning up outdated content. Ensure strength of execution to deliver both short-term and long-term results across markets: US, Brazil & EU.


  • Design content marketing strategies and set short-term goals

  • Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets

  • Collaborate with agency to produce high quality content

  • Develop editorial calendar and ensure deadlines are met

  • Deliver engaging content based on agreed market calendars (US, Brazil & EU) and inspire team members

  • Edit and proofread, test and improve content

  • Optimize content considering SEO and Google Analytics

  • Analyze website traffic metrics

  • Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement

  • Develop an intimate knowledge of PR, social and Digital platforms through insights, immersion and regular interaction to build holistic communication strategies and plans Drinkfintiy Communications digital plans across all key brand launches and activations in the US, Brazil & EU.

  • Lead reporting, analysis and optimization across Drinkfinity social and digital channels to track performance and areas of opportunity leveraging data and insights

  • Partner with Media and US & cross-functional markets to ensure flow of content is tied to Media plans and cleared by cross functional stakeholders

  • Manage multiple external agency partners in the development and execution of holistic


  • Creative thinker and problem solver with a passion for business strategy

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and markets toeffectively influence an extended organization

  • Excellent multi-tasking, project management, and attention to detail

  • Excellent oral communication and writing skills in English

  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights

  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience influencing internal

  • Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred

  • Consumer marketing skills through a minimum of 5+ years of experience

No telecommuting or remote work.<br /> <br /> <strong>Description:</strong> Our Client, a cruise and vacation company, is hiring a Global Project Manager in Miami, FL.<br /> <br /> <strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br /> <br /> • Responsible for supporting the whole lifecycle of project implementations, infrastructure lifecycle management, IT governance plan, IT Service catalog and standards;<br /> • Participate in strategic and operational processes by working with members of the senior management team while ensuring IT initiatives achieve business objectives by fostering innovation, prioritizing initiatives, and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future projects.<br /> • Provide a single point of authority / contact for the project and centralized tracking and reporting of project progress to enable a single consolidated view of planning, scheduling, status, and business benefit;<br /> • Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, and resource plans. Determine, manage, and resolve critical project interdependencies. Develop and drive progress against integrated project plans;<br /> • Provide written project status reports on agreed upon frequencies containing an executive summary of the project status, main accomplishments of the previous period, risks identified and mitigation plan, issues that require attention, and the short-term next step activities identifying resources responsible for each one;<br /> • Effectively build and manage project budgets;<br /> • Manage risks and interdependencies, within project and across projects. Mitigate risks, and drive issues to resolution through effective project and program governance;<br /> • Setup and facilitate effective project and program governance and stakeholder communications;<br /> • Advise IT senior management concerning IT issues and their impact to the corporation’s business strategy;<br /> • Manage projects towards delivery of business results, not only delivery of solutions, and prepare the organization for effective post-deployment support and measurement of benefits;<br /> • In conjunction with the One IT leadership group, develop, maintain, and enforce effective enterprise-wide architecture, processes, procedures, and standards;<br /> • Actively contribute to the operations group by providing thought leadership in the use of technology to further achieve efficiencies;<br /> • Ensure infrastructure and application support is managed effectively, with a focus on availability, serviceability, reliability and continuous improvement;<br /> • May be required to travel worldwide on an average of 5-10% of the time.
