The Job:
Our Mitigation Project Manager is responsible for working with clients after disaster events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial properties. As a Mitigation PM, you will be leading your teams to be first on site after disasters strike and will be directing the mitigation crews to mitigate and restore the property. This position is essential to coordinate teams effectively and as well as control and communicate the process with the customer effectively.
What does a Mitigation Project Manager with Paul Davis do?
Ensure compliance with all Paul Davis processes, policies, better business practices, and in accordance with the laws and regulations in the jurisdictions in which Paul Davis operates
Assist other team members when needed and foster a positive working relationship with other departments
Work alongside our Techs, Project Coordinators, and Mitigation Managers to facilitate collaboration and communication during the mitigation of residential and commercial projects
Oversee that all documents and administrative matters relative to active job flow are on track and completed while ensuring the restoration is done timely, efficiently, and safely
Follows all program and TPA guidelines
Reviews all estimates pertaining to the mitigation portion of the assigned jobs
Meet operational objectives of Sales, Gross Margin, Brand Experience
Build partnerships to improve performance with vendors and tradesman
Participates in the Mitigation Project Manager on-call rotation

Position Qualifications:
2+ years of mitigation experience preferred
Knowledge of practices and procedures of water, fire, and mold restoration trades
IICRC Certifications preferred
Strong communication and presentation skills
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Team player with a positive, can-do attitude with a strong attention to detail
Ability to develop, learn, and properly apply operation and work procedures
Ability to plan and organize work
Physical Requirements:
Lift (constantly) 5-40 lbs., lift (frequently) 20-100 lbs.
Exposure to noise levels ranging from moderate to loud from occasional to frequent
Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
