What You'll Get to Do:

CACI is currently seeking a talented and experienced Quality Manager to lead mission assurance management and oversight across a diverse supplier base for training systems located around the globe. This includes HW/SW deliverables, service deliverables, safety and risk management, data quality, innovation, and continuous improvement, ESOH, and managing obsolescence. Some of the problems faced are frequently complex and require broad-based solutions that impact areas outside of immediate responsibility. You will provide quality assurance leadership with extensive background in process development, quality management, and performance management in a system engineering and product development (software and hardware) environment. You will support the development, fielding and maintenance of global mission critical systems supporting the warfighter.

More About the Role:

In this role, you will conduct independent reviews and assessments across engineering and site operations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing Quality Management Plans (QMP) and ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS).

There will also be opportunities to host and conduct monthly governance boards to support rapid closure of actions and capture lessons learned to share across the enterprise. Additionally, you will also provide independent reporting to CACI Corporate QA outside the WTRS PMO as well as internal reporting.

In support of continuously improving mission readiness, you will identify aging TADSS and perform R&M, failure, and obsolescence analysis, providing recommendations to the Army on how to improve. Independently audit/ass O&M and repair processes and identify improvements based on metrics. Support engineering with re-sourcing high failure/obsolete components; conduct independent assessment to ensure new components meet TADSS requirements through review and functional testing.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

US Citizenship is required along with active Secret security clearance.

Bachelor's degree in management or engineering related field and 10 years of relevant experience as a Quality Manager for large programs.

Proven success in developing quality enhancing processes and procedures.

Proven success in developing training/learning programs.

Quality Assurance and Control experience on hardware/software integrated programs.

Proven expertise in AS9100 and/or CMMI.

Excellent communication skills.

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:

MS or MBA degree in an engineer, technical, business or related field.

Experience leading QA programs for DoD and Army programs both CONUS and OCONUS.

Experience developing and managing QMPs.

Experience or familiarity with Army Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations (TADSS)>

Experience interfacing with DCMA.

LSS Master Black Belt certified.

PMP, CSEP or other professional certification.
