Will be responsible for coordinating events, arranging meetings, recording minutes, and other duties in support of project activities. Responsible for supporting and coordinating the PI division calendar.
Will assist with the management of multiple projects, and specific project tasks within project work plans and development of presentations. Assists in designing, implementing, and managing standard documentation templates and tools to support project management activities. Assists with data collection; data analysis and summarization; and preparation of presentation graphics, flow charts, and other project related communications.
Assists in providing timely and accurate reporting of project performance metrics, including progress and outcomes. Assists in ensuring project activities are in compliance with defined Performance Improvement standards. Assists with the management of customer expectations and customer interactions.
Basic knowledge of business concepts and work flow at a level normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor degree is preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook Calendar tools.
Possesses basic knowledge of desktop applications such as Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Lync.
Familiarity or experience with project management and performance improvement methodologies is preferred.
Customer service experience is required.
Strong interpersonal /communication skills.
Demonstrated knowledge and expertise with spreadsheet (including graphs), database and presentation applications at a level normally acquired through completion of intermediate Microsoft Office Training
Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.
Exceptional reading, writing, and grammar skills is required to facilitate proofing and editing (punctuation, grammar, and spelling) of documents, correspondence, minutes, etc
Ability to work with Performance Improvement professionals and perform assigned activities at a high level of proficiency.
Ability to learn new concepts with minimal training
Ability to participate in the facilitation and documentation of project related meetings.
