Goal: Assist the Youth Pastor to carry out the vision in support of Calvary Albuquerque's Mission.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Attend all Mid-High/High School services and events

  • Recruit and train ministry leaders

  • Help create and manage events and fundraisers

  • Manage weekly services and special events.

  • Delegating ministry leader responsibilities including set up,

tear down, announcements, running of slides, greeting students, ensuring that

service runs smoothly and with excellence.

  • Announcements

  • Manage ministry website, email, and assists with social media

  • Create and distribute Order of Service and service bulletins

  • Provide counseling to students as needed

Weekly Main Sanctuary Services:

  • Wednesdays and Saturdays: save seats for students and leaders in service

  • Saturdays attend service on the clock; Wednesday service attendance is voluntary

  • pre-service: wander amphitheater, east foyer, SoPo, to meet

and build relationships with students (esp. new) inviting them to

Thursdays and to sit in the SPCTRM section for service

  • be available for after service counseling of students for altar calls

Essential Tasks:

  • Ensure The Hub is set up for services

  • Edit and update bulletins/Orders of Service

  • Edit worship slides

  • Format and upload messages to the SPCTRM Podcast

  • Answer SPCTRM emails

  • Upload teaching slides to Pro-Presenter

  • Assist in ministry leader interviews

  • Provide discipleship to ministry leaders

  • Help assist the SPCTRM Admin in supplying food for special events

(Communion, Q&A, SPCTRM groups, special events, Leaders Meetings)

  • Complete various errands for the ministry

  • Be available to lead building/assisting with new stage design,

hub decorations for big events/series
